Measuring Usability: Importance Attributes for Mobile Applications from Amman Arab academic world

This research aims to analyze the importance and relationships in the middle of the usability attributes for mobile application. The usability attributes were grouped into nine (9) factors such as efficiency, effectiveness, learnability, memorability, errors, satisfaction, cognitive workload, simplicity, and interruptibility. A sum of 411 useable questionnaires form the basis of analysis. Factors affecting Jordanian electronic banking facilities by Amman Arab academe

Abstract This laboratory analysis aimed to identify the factors influencing on electronic banking facilities provided by Jordanian banks. Perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, privacy and security and convenience are the factors investigated in this study. A sample of 300 clients functional at King Abdullah academic circles Hospital staff who were lively bank accounts in every other local banks in Jordan was selected, randomly.
