MODERN

BEERS

SCHEIN

5,5%

Weizenbier

Our Schein is an amber-coloured, sparkling fruity refreshment with a special, distinctive taste.

This top-fermented beer has a mild acidity and the typical aromas of banana and clove of a wheat beer.

It tempts the drinker with promises of elegant tingling notes and a closing nuance of hops.

What a special experience!

CHERRY

3,8%

Cherry Beer

Competing tastes of cherry and hops, what could ever be more delicious!

Light beer made from barley malt, quality hops, mainly Zatec varieties, fermented in classic open vats, flavoured with natural cherry juice. It does not contain any chemical additives or artificial colours, you only get the hoppy bitterness of the beer and the bitter-sweet taste of the cherries.

This is an amazing beer for sunny afternoons, Sunday lunches, and in general for all occasions which deserve to be celebrated – from the smallest to the largest, each day is better with a cherry beer. Or two.

BEACH

RADLER

2,1%

Radler/Shandy

This classic, cloudy citrus Radler is a hit all year round.

This light Shandy can be consumed almost anytime due to its 2.1% alcohol content. The slight bitterness of the beer is further alleviated by the citrus flavours.

With its balanced, fruity taste, it is not only the perfect thirst quencher on hot days, but also an ideal companion for every occasion.

BLACK MAMMA

6%

Coffee-Stout

Black Mamma is an easy drinking black coffee stout with moderate bitterness and overwhelming coffee nose – only for coffee lovers.

It is deceptively easy to drink, but in every pint there are two cups of espresso playing hide and seek. Black Mamma is a dynamic beer. Despite its 6% alcohol content it can be enjoyed into the early hours.

Black beer and coffee are natural friends, since black malt and black coffee are both essentially roasted grains – the proteins of which are caramellized by Maillard reaction to produce similar tastes. No wonder people substituted expensive coffee with roasted malts to brew coffee-like drinks in hard times.
